About Us

Hi, we’re Mark and Melissa Stephan and we moved to the Fowlerville, Michigan in 2008 with the sole purpose of managing a sugar bush and creating the best Maple Syrup possible. Currently we have 240 taps and a small sugar shack on the property.  We use a 2 x 6 Leader Evaporator to evaporate the sap into syrup.  For the 2014 season we will be expanding to 300 taps and putting in a vacuum system to increase sap yield.
