April 11, 2015 – The season is finally over!  It wasn’t record breaking, but we’ve seen a lot worse.  Now we start bottling for upcoming markets.  Also, we’ll be using the new International Grading system which is being adopted world wide this year.  Check out the grading information page to learn more.

February 28, 2015 – We are currently getting ready for the 2015 Maple season.  It’s a busy time getting all the wood cut, sap lines ready, tanks cleaned and extra buckets at the ready.  If the weather holds, we should be tapping next week.  Keep your fingers crossed.
